Why TinyGoat?

Most AI consulting comes from people who understand the technology but have never carried a quota, run a sales pod, or sat in a pipeline review. I have. I come from a background in sales and education, which means I understand both why adoption fails and how to actually train people so it sticks. TinyGoat exists specifically for revenue teams because that is where I have lived, and because Claude is too powerful a tool to leave sitting in a chat window. The work is specific, the expertise is specific, and the results are built for the people doing the actual selling, managing, and growing.

Can you help us with ChatGPT or other AI tools for our revenue team?

My focus is Claude. That is intentional. I believe it is the right tool for revenue teams and I work with it deeply rather than spreading thin across every platform. That said, if your team is currently using another tool and considering a move to Claude, I can help you think through that transition and what it would look like in practice.

Can you help us with Claude for other parts of the organization?

Right now TinyGoat is focused on revenue teams. That is where the expertise is deepest and where I can deliver the most value. If your revenue org is sorted and you want Claude working across other functions, that is a conversation worth having, but I will be honest about where my lane is and where you might be better served by someone else.

The AI space moves so fast. What if we are outdated by the time the project is done?

This is a real concern and one I think about too. The way I approach it is by building for the fundamentals of how your team works rather than optimizing for a specific feature that might change next quarter. Claude will keep evolving and so will the work we build together. That is also part of why "Roam" exists. Staying current is not a one-time project. It is ongoing, and having a thought partner who is paying close attention to where this space is heading means your team does not fall behind.

Do you work with teams just getting started with Claude?

Both. Some teams I work with have had Claude for months and are stuck. Others are starting from scratch. The intake process helps figure out where you are so we can start in the right place. You do not need to have anything figured out before reaching out.

Why TinyGoat and not a larger firm?

Larger firms can do a lot of things. Revenue team AI adoption is not usually one of the things they do well. The work requires understanding how sellers actually operate, how managers coach, and why adoption fails even when the tools are good. That specificity is what TinyGoat is built on. If you need AI transformation across your entire organization, a larger firm might be the right call. If you need Claude working for your revenue team in a way that actually sticks, that is the work we do.

Why the name TinyGoat?

Named after our pup Santiago, who with his big ears looks like a baby goat. He's the unofficial mascot and chief morale officer.
